At inspection
Common Galaxy Tab A9 Plus issues we check at inspection
- Screen scratches or cracks. The TFT LCD screen is susceptible to scratches from everyday use and cracks from drops. Aluminum frame offers some protection but the glass front is vulnerable.
- Battery health degradation. The 7040mAh battery may show reduced capacity after 1-2 years of use, leading to shorter battery life.
- Charging port issues. The USB-C charging port can become loose, damaged, or accumulate debris, leading to slow charging or failure to charge.

- Software glitches or unresponsiveness. The tablet may become slow, freeze, or exhibit unexpected behavior due to software issues, often requiring a factory reset.
