At inspection
Common MacBook Air 2025 13″ issues we check at inspection
- Battery degradation. Original battery capacity significantly reduced, leading to short usage times. Often reported as 'battery needs service'.
- Keyboard wear and sticky keys. Keycaps can wear down, and the butterfly mechanism (if applicable to this specific model year, though less common in 2013 Airs) or general grime can cause keys to become sticky or unresponsive.
